Suddenly my all categories disappeared and even unable to add new one

    Recently I was unable to open my WordPress website because of CPU usage then I asked my hosting provider Namecheap to solve this issue they resolved the issue sooner but after that, I noticed there were missing categories that I had given to my posts. That affected even my permalinks as these categories disappeared and I cannot add them.
    Kindly help me
