Suddenly without my intervention, a couple of url pictures are not working.

My blog has been working for years, however maybe 3 weeks ago a couple of pictures are not displayed, I already reviewed the config and is exactly the same that used to be working…any idea what can be happening?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If what I post below is not helpful, please provide the posts the images are embedded in and for the images themselves in the form of an active link starting with http://
1. Have you used all your free media storage space?
2. Where are the missing images like that one hosted?
(a) Are they hosted on an image hosting service like Flickr or photobucket? Are they hosted at Facebook or somewhere else online?
(b) Are they hosted on WordPress.COM servers ie. did you upload them into your Media Library?
(c) Did you delete them from the Media Library? If you do that then they cannot be displayed and you have to upload them again. Images that have been deleted from your Media Library become 404 page not found. That is because they are no longer on the servers so they cannot be displayed in your posts.

Thanks, the images are active url’s in other places, all of them working fine.
The strangest thing is that in editor I’m able to see both images ok, however when accessing the site from any device, the images are not displayed, as I told you this have been working since I create the page, but suddenly the problem begun. Really appreciated any idea.

Good Morning, in summary basically my problem is the following:
1- Without my intervention, since two weeks ago a couple of images doesn’t appear. The page when I access my blog from any machine looks like that:
2- When editing the blog in the WP editor, I can see the images perfectly working:
I have confirmed that images are ok, in fact that worked for the last couple of years since the creation of my blog.
Any idea where my problem is?

as you can see both are working fine, and also in the editor mode I’m able to see it both (see this picture https://climafmeza.files.wordpress.com/2014/12/edit-mode1.png)
but when access the page, they are gone: https://climafmeza.wordpress.com
that begon to happend suddenly without my intervention 2 weeks ago, for this reason I’m pretty sure is something related with WP.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

I think I found the problem unfortunaly is something related with WordPress.
When I insert the url, I insert that one ( the correct one):
However, when I click upload, appears an amp; in the original url causing the image not to be displayed:
http://banners.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/banner/ban/wxBanner?bannertype=pws250_metric&weatherstationcount=ICARTAGO2
Same for the second picture, when I click update at the beginning of URL WordPress adds the following “https://i0.wp.com/CORRECT-URL”
For the first one I solve it using instead a tiny url :( too bad, but works…for the second I have no idea…

Really? How can you e plain that my blog worked for years?
I fact image 1 is now working.
