Suggest "Widget Title" have option to view only in admin

  I may not be in the correct place to make a suggestion. If not, please pass my suggestion along if you think it’s a good one.

  I use a lot of widgets sometimes and do not like widget titles on my sidebar. However, it’s a guessing game when the widgets are not titled and I’m in admin. So, I thought it would be nice to have and option for a title for the widgets that is viewable in admin but not on the sidebar.

  I do believe I have read another thread in the Ideas Forum (where we make suggestions for features to Staff) that was for exactly the same thing. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/ideas
