suggested links and tags on "new post" page

When creating a new post suggested or related links would automatically appear under the text area and suggested tags would appear on the side bar under the tags area.
Both were very useful but have been missing for sometime.
I have not been able to locate where to turn them back on.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We have removed our integration with Zemanta (the feature that created those links) from WordPress.com. We’re working on improving our editor to incorporate some functionality previously provided by Zemanta. Some features, like related posts, are already there. We encourage you to use our Related Posts feature on WordPress.com, and for images, check out our list of websites that provide free images, videos, books, and other content for your blogs.
