What has happened to my suggested Tagging, it disappeared weeks ago?

When I wrote a new Post suggested Tags appeared at the bottom and when you added them the references were all underlined in your Post.

Are you perhaps referring to the Recommended Links from Zemanta? Please take a look at this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/zemanta-for-recommended-links-photos-articles/

Hello!
Do you mean choosing from your most used tags? This is under your post editor:
http://d.pr/i/jf1EIf you click that link, you get a list of your most used tags. Is that what you meant?
If not, please let me know what part of your post editing process you used to see these options. Was it before or after you published a new post?
Once I have that information, I’ll be happy to take a closer look.

Ok, I looked into it more and upon saving a draft of a post, I saw two places where things were recommended – here are the screenshots

Since the modules on the post editor can be moved, you might see them in a different part of your post editor screen than shown in my screenshots.
The only time I could get them to appear is when I saved my post draft – publishing the post without saving it first did not bring up those suggestions. Try saving your post draft first and see if that helps!

I must be thick, I just cannot get the Recommended Links back on. I have checked that the widget is active and it looks OK to me but nothing appearing.

When you’re in your Post Editor, there’s a link in the upper right that says “Screen Options” – click that to bring up a list of modules you can enable on your Post Editor Screen – if Recommendations is unchecked, checking that will re-enable it. Click “Screen Options” again to hide that menu.
