    You could create a free plan that no have charge limit and the user could customize the blog with themes (having to do with the blog topic) and plugins.

    This type of free plan will be to the bloggers (people that doesn’t want any economic compensation, they do it because they like have some fun).

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    The free plan allows you to change your theme, not any theme, but WordPress.com has a lot of themes to create an awesome site with no charge. There’s some plugins you can use in your site with no charge too.
