Suggestion about leaving comments

  It’s difficult to leave a long comment on some WP blogs because you can’t see the beginning of your comment after a few lines have been entered. I’d like to suggest that this be changed so the entire comment can be viewed when it’s being composed.
  Where do I go to submit this suggestion, as well as others, to people who configure the site?
