Suggestions for adjusting my header image size?

Is anyone familiar with this theme and may be able to offer some advice on how I can reduce the overall height of the header images displayed on each of my pages? I have looked through several CSS files but cannot seem to find anything that is controlling this image size, particularly height and am scared to death if I tweak the wrong thing I will mess everything up!

I had a look at your theme but also didn’t have any luck modifying those banners. Since your theme is not developed by WordPress.com, it’s best to reach out directly to its developers.
