Suggestions for free family cookbook theme?

  I want to make a family cookbook for my large extended family.
  I’m looking for ease of use, ability to create categories (breakfast, entrees, side dishes, desserts, for example) a table of contents, the ability to add picture(s?), pretty and appealing to family members
  Is there such a beast? Lol!
