  It would be helpful to have a little more description of the features of the different themes. For instance, I didn’t know, until I read the new “Features” page, that some of the themes allowed pictures to be uploaded for the header. I was delighted because that was one thing I was frustrated with — not being able to personalize my blog. It would be helpful if every theme that allowed for that had a mention of it.

  I did change to the Kubrick and uploaded a picture, and was very pleased with how it turned out.

  One thing different, though, with this theme from my last one is that when I give someone the url to a specific post, the url brings up just that post without the sidebar. I may be mistaken, but I don’t think the other theme I had (Toni) did that. I would like the sidebar to show up even on individual posts, so that’s another little detail that would be helpful to know when deciding on a theme.

  Also it would be nice to click on a theme and see what the full-sized version looks like before applying it to one’s own blog. Maybe there is way to do that and I overlooked it, but when I clicked on a theme it instantly changed my blog to that theme, which caused a momentary panic.

  Very good ideas. I’d also like to see column width spelled out, because I’m not going to go back and narrow all my pix when I change themes; I’m just too lazy!
