    I want a ‘one page coming soon’ website with social media icons, a contact button where people can send their message to me, a subscribe button where people type in their email to subscribe ( where are those emails going to be saved? on your database?). Which of your plans is more suitable . Let me know if I can have a live chat button with the cheapest package. thank you

    You can do all this on our free plan. I’d recommend you use one of our newer themes (the first themes you’ll see when you go to https://wordpress.com/themes/).

    You can add the contact form block to allow people to send you private messages:

    And you can use either the blog subscription shortcode or the Mailchimp block to let people sign up, depending on whether you want them to subscribe to future posts you’ll be publishing on the same site, or to a newsletter you want to send out.

    Insert a Mailchimp Signup Form

    where are those emails going to be saved? on your database?

    If you use our subscription system, those are stored in our database, and you can view them under My Site ->Manage ->People – you’ll only have access to email addresses for people who sign up using email only. For someone who signs up using a WordPress.com username account, only their WordPress.com username is shown to you, regardless whether or not they have email subscriptions enabled for your site.

    If you use the Mailchimp block, those emails will be stored on Mailchimp’s end.

    Integrating live chat into your site will require that you install a live chat plugin, and that can only be done on our Business or eCommerce plan:
