Suits Theme: Extra space below header image in tablet and mobile

  I got the header image I like and got it to resize, but when I look at it in tablet or mobile there is a ton of white space between the menu bar and the header image. How do I get rid of this?

  I guess this is actually an issue with different browser sizes, too. I want my header image to sit on top of my menu bar all the time, without space between them.
