  Please clearly state which site you are referring to by posting the URL and also tell us exactly what it is that you need help with.

  Unless you purchase a Business plan you cannot upload third party themes.

  You will require a Business plan to use that theme on any site hosted by WordPress.COM. https://wordpress.com/pricing/
