summary fucntion not workng

  It seems that suddenly this evening my summary’s function is not working. i have turned it off and on and tried IE and chrome and I still am showing full posts today for some reason. ALSO hover cards are not working in Chrome this evening, but they are in IE.
  Did I mess something up? or is something broken on your side?
