Summary instead of Full Post

  Hi,

  I would like to change the blog posts on my homepage from full posts to summary. I have tried changing in Settings but it stayed the same.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, it looks like you’ve got this sorted with the Read More tab. Note many themes also have Content Options you can set, or you can use a Posts Block to display posts as you like:

  Oh, I meant to add too: the settings about full content vs an excerpt in RSS apply to feed readers and to the emails that go out to site subscribers. They don’t affect how your site displays on the web. I hope that helps.

  Hi, I have the same situation, it is showing the full lenght of the post…

  I made some tests with blocks but they only support 100 posts, so I don’t think it is the permanent answer. They also don’t include the next page button, and I find find it friendlier than the Load more option at the bottom…

  Is this a WordPress version issue?
