Summary of post on front page only

  How can i display a summary of my posts on the front page only, is that possible? Right now, I have the full posts showing up and I would like to have each post listed with a few lines and then you have to click the post to go to it and read the full thing, if possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
