Sumo Subscribe forms

  Hi there, I have created 3 different subscribe forms using Sumo in my wordpress blog. None of them are showing up on my website. Could someone help me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It looks like the blog you need help with is a self-hosted WordPress.org site. These forums are for sites hosted on WordPress.com.
