Sunbscriber failed to add

    I am trying to add a single email address for a new subscriber and get the message
    ‘We ran into a problem importing your subscribers’

    This is a single email, and the provider is owned by Australia’s largest telecom. It’s hard to believe that it triggered a security issue.

    I have never had an issue adding new subs ribers before.

    I should add that the subscriber has not blocked new subscriptions and has asked me to add them to my blog.

    Also, the email address is correct.
