Sunsetting Site

  Hello! I work for Sling TV, we had a subdomain hosted on WordPress until last year. I thought it was sunsetted last April, but it appears we were billed for something recently. I’d like to confirm we’re no longer being charged and that the old domain is no longer live.

  sI do not see any sites under your @markschiff WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with? Is it a site that y’all have lost access to?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  That’s right, I’m not seeing any sites either. The old URL was whatson.sling.com. We migrated to a new CMS last April, but my old boss (no longer with the company) was billed $100 for a Jetpack subscription earlier this month. That’s the specific issue I’m emailing about, we’d like that money refunded and to confirm that the old site is shut down and we won’t be billed for anything in the future. Thanks.

  Thanks for confirming. Since the plan isn’t under the account you’re contacting us from, we’ll need to have you go to this site https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ , enter all the charge details, then you should be presented with an option to contact support and they will be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as Jetpack followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  Jetpack XXXXXXXXXX
