Hey there,
I’m the new web developer for a company called Sunstreet Mortgage. Unfortunately, the previous developer has left no info on how to get into the site. Could you please send over any information such as the email attached to the account or who I’d need to get a hold of to give access back to our account that would be great.

What is the URL of the site?
We cannot give you the email address for any username account on WordPress.com under any circumstances. If the site is hosted with us on WordPress.com, you can follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ to regain access.
If the site was built using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider, then we won’t be able to help as we have no control over such sites. In that case you’ll need to contact the hosting provider on whose serverse the site is hosted for help.

It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost. In your case, this appears to be GoDaddy.
