Super Admin no longer with us – need to recover account

Hello, I’ve recently started at this organisation and want to update our website. I’ve been given a colleagues login details but they do not have access to add an account, and have limited site editing access.
This leads me to believe that there is a ‘Super Host’ who created the side. Unfortunately the person who helped set up the site has passed away, so no-one has full access to edit the website, or to add in a new admin.
What can I do to recover full editing access for this site? I would like to be made Super Admin (or just an admin with full access) if possible.

I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.
The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
However, Your login page can be found here: http://www.urbanroots.org.uk/wp-login.php
In case the admin name or password doesn’t work, you can reset the password by clicking on the “Lost password” link.
WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere, so your hosting provider may be able to help you if you are still having problems.
