Super Admin role is the only one able to use code
-
Hello,
I can’t get any other roles, other than the super admin, to use code. Every time I save the page that I am working on (as a normal admin), my code is automatically deleted, and I have to start from scratch. It seems that only the super admin role is able to use code. Do you know how to give this permission to other roles?
Best wishes,
Aristotelis -
Hi Aristotelis, could you send a link to the web page you’re having trouble with? I don’t see any sites associated with this account. Also, here’s the code we allow on sites hosted here:
Just to clarify too, if you’re managing your own copy of WordPress with a different host, you’ll want to use the correct forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/Or you’d be welcome to move your site to our services so we can take care of hosting, security, and support for you:

Hello,
This problem is for the whole multisite structure, not just one web page. The site is:
http://www.airetos.voxmicro.com
We have a different host, but after contacting them, they said that they do not apply any restrictions on code. I was trying to reach a support representative of wordpress, but since I couldn’t find any email or form to fill out, I posted everywhere I could.

Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
That said, we can’t assist you with this, as we don’t have access to the backend of your site. The community forums that @supernovia mentioned is the best place to ask this.
http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.
