Super Admins just out of luck?
-
I am a Super Admin for one multi-site and for two separate but related commercial websites. However, WordPress.org refuses to let me access ANY of their paid support features. Why? I desperately need to be able to access this, particularly with the number of plugins we are using. My company is already paying quite a bit to WordPress, it would behoove WP to at least allow their Super Admin staff the full benefit of those payments.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

For the record, I do not need help with the blog I had to create in order to even get this far.

Please type the actual URL of the site you are referring to into http://whoishostingthis.com to determine who hosts the site so you know where to post for support.
This is wordpress.COM support. We do not provide support for local installs of wordpress.ORG software, or for wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
wordpress.org support
The wordpress.ORG support forum is at http://wordpress.org/support. The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/ If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
See also https://apps.wordpress.org/support/ for app support.Jetpack support
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.com/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack
However, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service -
If they are separate then why are my attempts to log in as the Super Admin for these sites directing me to WordPress.com, and why can’t I create a new WordPress.org account using the same email address?

There is no such thing as a WordPress.COM multi site. See here: https://wordpress.org/search/multisite/?forums=1
I do not have an answer for you because you did not provide a relevant URL.
The wordpress.ORG support forum is at http://wordpress.org/support. The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/
If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/
If you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page

There is no such thing as a WordPress.COM multi site.
You are correct. I said I was Super Admin for a multi-site at WordPress.ORG.
As stated, I click to create an account at WordPress.ORG and it tells me I already have an existing WordPress.COM account with that email address, and cannot create a new one.
Something with WordPress.COM is preventing me from being able to log in to WordPress.ORG.

WordPress.org refuses to let me access ANY of their paid support features.
WordPress.ORG provides free wordpress installs and free peer support forums only. There are no paid support features provided there.
Please type the actual URL of the site you are referring to here.

I realize there are no paid support features provided here. Which is why I am trying to log in to WordPress.ORG.
This has nothing to do with the websites, it has to do with my account.
I have one WordPress.COM blog for this account, and am Super Admin to the aforementioned sites on WordPress.ORG through this account. From everything I’ve read, that shouldn’t be possible. I need tech support for this issue, but, of course, I have to be able to log in to WordPress.ORG for that. Which I can’t do.
Either there is a glitch, or Super Admins do not have access to the support features of WordPress.ORG. The first needs to be addressed by tech support here, the second is a gross oversight on the part of WordPress.ORG and cannot be addressed here, although I was hoping for at least a direction to follow.

@cajarrret, WordPress.org is the site for the software project. You’d only need to log in there if you wanted to contribute somehow. Your own site’s admin login will be totally separate.
Try using [youractualsitename.com]/wp-admin/ to log in, and [youractualsitename.com]/wp-admin/network to access the multisite features.
However, WordPress.org refuses to let me access ANY of their paid support features. Why?
Because it’s a free software project, not a service. There aren’t any paid employees. I like analogies so I compare WordPress.org to a free recipe (and the site that publishes it), whereas WordPress.com is a bit more like a restaurant based on that recipe. I hope that helps a bit.
