SUPER URGENT Request to re instate an account

    Dear WordPress Team

    I am the co owner of the website http://www.shamanic-vision.net. The log in id is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    This has various sites operated under this account.

    My late husband Paul Hinsberger, who passed away this January 13th was primarily managing all the technicalities and payments etc. He was in USA at the time and I am here in India right now.

    His father in Idaho had also contacted you guys sometime ago and assured you that the website will now be managed by his wife aka Neelam Nanvani. And the matter was resolved.

    I was able to log in and change the payment method a few weeks ago for all the sites under this account.

    Today, when I am trying to log in again to see which sites paymnent is due and when, I am unable to log in.

    I have tried to contact the usual support at wordpress but they are asking some details which I donot have.

    I am here in India right now and need to urgently get into the website for its management, payment and operation.

    If you go to the about us section in http://www.shamanic-vision.net and read the about us section, you will see that the website is belonging to both of us.
