Superheads in headlines

Is it possible to put a small headline above the main headline in a blog post? Our site has multiple authors, and I’d like to have a small superhead to indicate what the blog is about. Is that something that can be done in the standard blog account? Would the custom design let me do that?

One option would be to use one of the heading tags and add a headline within the post itself.
In the Visual Editor, under the Format drop-down menu, you can put a sub-headline and then change the size:

Thanks for the response. You’re right, a headline in the post itself is an option, though I’d rather have it in the headline field.
Is it possible to switch to HTML in the headline field?
