Superhero – Compatible with Excerpts?

  Hi,

  Quick one – am rather tempted to move over to Superhero (I’m a wp.com), but looking to recreate similar to my current look – which makes use of excerpts and featured images to maximise ‘splash’ space when my site is loaded.

  When I live demo at the moment, it is displaying the entire post, which isn’t ideal!

  I am aware that I could use the More tag, but have over 1,000 posts and do not really want to use this on historic posts. Is excerpt supported at all?

  Sorry I didn’t phrase that better. The SuperHero theme is not designed to display front page excerpts automatically the way Fresh and Clean is designed and you cannot use CSS editing to change that.

  There are other themes like for example, Sight and Inuit Types, etc. that are designed to display front page excerpts automatically.
