Superscript and Subscript options in RTF for self-hosted WordPress Blogs.

I’ve been looking at this but haven’t seen anything anywhere, nor have I seen a plugin other than ‘Reference’ which doesn’t seem to do what I want it to.

Is there any chance that an update could be brought to self-hosted WordPress blogs that would allow for RTF buttons with superscript and subscript buttons? At the moment if I need to use them I have to switch over to HTML (I used to strictly write in HTML and still do on some blogs, but for the sake of tidiness RTF has been better). It’s not the worse thing in the world but it would be nice.

I feel the same way about having an RTF way of creating tables – other blogs with RTF settings can create tables, so going through the HTML is a lot of time for something I know can otherwise be shortened (at least, if doing simple tables instead of more complicated ones.)

Is there any hope of these things having nice, easy RTF buttons for installed and self-hosted WordPress blogs in the future?

Sorry if this has been posted, but I hadn’t seen anything about it, so I thought I’d throw it out there.
