    Se meu wordpress é .org, posso pedir pra hospedagem trocar para .com ? Se não, quem faria isso pra mim? Tenho medo de fazer algo errado. Quero migrar para wordpress.com para poder contratar o plano mensal e ter o suporte mensal aqui do wordpress. Alguém sabe me dizer que tipo de suporte, manutenção, alteração está incluso ?

    Exatamente isso!!! Manutenção do site. Antes uma agência cuidava do meu site, mas a agência foi vendida para um vigarista.. enfim! Então eu não sei mexer em absolutamente nada do site, exceto inclusão de produtos e a parte de vendas etc..

    Um exemplo, a categoria da MARCAS do menu é muito extensa, então foi feita pelo desenvolvedor de um modo que toda vez que eu incluía uma marca nas categorias, o desenvolvedor tinha que incluir lá no design do site também.. então seria esse tipo de alterações e suporte que eu preciso!

    No caso da mudança do wordpress para .com, eu não tenho a menor facilidade e tenho medo de fazer algo que possa prejudicar o site, então queria saber se tem a possibilidade do suporte pago “Negócios” fazer isso pra mim, é possível?

    Aliás, a opção Negócios inclui a parte de eCommerce (venda de produtos)?

    e por último… eu tenho no meu site WordPress.org MUITOS plugins instalados, ao trocar para .com, eu perco os plugins ou eles também são migrados?

    Exactly what I need, site maintenance. Before, an agency took care of my website, but the agency was sold to a crook… anyway! So I don’t know how to work with absolutely anything on the site, except for the inclusion of products and the sales part, which is what my site focuses on..
    An example of what I need: the BRANDS category in the menu is very extensive, so it was done by the developer in rows, in such a way that every time I included a brand in the categories, the developer had to include it there in the website design as well. .so that would be an example of the kind of changes and support I need!
    In the case of changing wordpress to .com, I don’t have the slightest facility and I’m afraid of doing something that could harm the site, so I wanted to know if there is the possibility of paid support “Business” to do this for me, is it possible?
    By the way, does the Business option include the eCommerce part (sale of products)? Because in .org I use the Wowcommerce plugin

    Rest assured, any migration would not harm the current site. What happens is, is a copy of the site is made, and created at WordPress.com, under a temporary domain, which is free to use. There’s two ways we can achieve this, outlined below:
