As I am a reseller and I only pay after the products were sold, are there any plugins or a way that I can have a supplier area/portal where my suppliers can login and do the following:
– Upload product images and details
– See which products were sold, qty, price, etc.

Do you intend to have your site as a drop-shipping e-commerce site or something like a multi-vendor marketplace?
If you allow suppliers to login to upload products and manage the orders, it’s most likely a multi-vendor marketplace. WooCommerce has an extension for that: https://woocommerce.com/products/product-vendors/.
By the way, do you intend to host your site on WordPress.com or it’ll be hosted elsewhere and using the open source WordPress software?

More specifically I want to create an online photography marketplace so photographers can upload their photos and pick one of the categories setup on the shop by me.
Would the vendor upload products in bulk such as all Photos from one wedding at once in bulk?
And what are the image size limitations? And would the vendor need to upload one smaller size photo for the product image and another larger size for the downloadable file?
I’m looking for the self-hosted solution due to features and unlimited storage.

WooCommerce has another extension called WooCommerce Photography that is dedicated for photographers to manage and sell their photos. The extension also provides the batch photo uploader that supports bulk upload of photos.

I think the best place to request for the recommendation will be at the WooCommerce plugin support forum. The plugin support staff will be able to answer your questions. :)
