  Hello, I would like to know if there is a toll-free number to contact? I have a few concerns regarding WordPress and I would like to clear that up before purchasing a subscription plan.

  There’s no telephone support at WordPress.com. Once you have a paid plan you get email and Livechat support with staff. Until then why not ask your questions here?

  I was wondering if there was an option for a free trial? It would allow me to get a headstart on learning how the app works.

  Hi @anthonyluci,

  You can purchase any plan you’d like to try and, if you’re not happy, you can cancel and obtain a refund within the first 30 days. Bear in mind that if you register a custom domain, you could only opt for a full refund during the first 96 hours. After that time, we could only refund the cost of the plan minus the cost of the domain.
  You can also create a free site to start and upgrade it later on.
