  Why is it so difficult to get support?
  Why is there no dedicated contact?
  I need answers to questions and queries before I commit to a subscription.

  If you want to build a site here at WordPress.com and map your .ie domain to it you’d need a Business plan. That is the only plan that would enable you to use the external theme you’ve purchased.

  The WordPress lack of support has simply meant I’ve taken my business elsewhere. It’s ridiculous to not be able to get answers to simple questions.
