  I asked twice for help and no staff have borthed it was very important as time running out. I feel if we pay for a service and there is no support we should at very least get a refund its been impossible to get any help whatsoever.

  Hi there @heavenlypredictions, when you open multiple topics on the same subject under 2 different WPcom accounts, it makes it much more difficult to track progress on your issue.
