  WordPress.com does not currently offer phone support. Your next best thing is live chat support which requires a paid plan:

  If you have the annual Premium plan, you have access to live chat Monday – Friday, 24 hours a day. If you have the annual Business or eCommerce plan, you have access to live chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
