    Also I see you are using WooCommerce on your WordPress.com Business site. You may want to check out our recent webinar on getting started with WooCommerce, which I think will help you with your first few steps in this ecommerce plugin:

    As far as setting a site where the public can create their own “classifed listings” on your site, that is not functionality that is built in to WooCommerce, so we’re not able to show you how to set up that kind of site.

    I do see however that there are 3rd party plugins “created for WordPress” that will allow you to add that functionality: https://wordpress.com/plugins/?s=classifieds

    You may also wish to search Google, as there are many site owners that have shared their experience on how to create this kind of WordPress site using plugins: https://www.google.com/search?q=WordPress+classified+ad+site
