  Hello, I am currently attempting to create a website however when I choose the domain that is available and attempt to proceed it kicks me out. Now it is displaying a message advising that I will need to wait 60 mins before the ban is lifted. I am not sure how I could have been banned, all I was attempting to do was establish a domain name. Can someone please help me with this?

  Hi there,

  This looks to be a newly created account, and some actions are not possible until you verify your account by acting on the verification email we sent.

  From what I can see your account was not verified at the time you posted this, but is verified and in good standing. If you try again do you have this same issue? What is the URL you are trying to connect so we can test on our end and see if we get the same result?
