i can sign in but when i try to take the steps to add a payment option or plugin it tells me ‘there is already a wordpress.com account to another user & return to site’ no permission to add afterpay or woo commerce payments.

These were the original admin credentials but godaddy support was with me when i changed it. They didn’t say i shouldn’t change them they just asked why i’m changing them & i said so i can remember them easier.
Now i can log into wp but not wpadmin which is how i change my site. Even if I request a new password it still doesn’t open it & most often won’t even send a new password link.Developer said can’t do anything now.
