What has happened to WordPress support? I used to get quick access and helpful guidance with my issues and concerns. I thought I was paying for this kind of support with my $300 per year business membership.
I’ve contacted support several times during the past month . . . all I get back is an email saying they got my request and someone would contact me soon. (‘Soon’ seems very subjective).
The one contact I did receive did not come close to resolving my issues.
Anyone else I can contact about his poor service?

Thank you for getting in touch. Yes, you’re correct. The Business plan includes access to our live chat support team. It sounds like that hasn’t been working for you though. We did have some problems with our chat interface not working properly and I’m wondering if that’s what happened here. I’ve escalated this report so our team can investigate further.
Are you still having issues with the Google map embeds on https://danielsandassociatesaz.com/? I can see that you wrote to us about this recently. Where on the project are you trying to add the map?
