    I had messaged support on Saturday and still have not gotten a response. They typically respond within the hour. We have the Creator plan.

    Tried resetting cache / cookies, still not luck. Is anyone else having issues?

    It appears that the editor is not working. The template is supposed to be work with it but when loading the editor, it just hangs.

    Tried the support feature, I did not get a response until after this post (4 days after the request). They still did not help, asked for more information and now who knows when they will get back to me.

    Is this the same for all users even on the paid plans?
