I reached out for support un upgrading my site and was told that someone would get back to me within 24 hours. I have not heard anything and is well over 24 hours… how do I get ahold of them? I’m looking to upgrade to a Business Plan but if helpdesk wont actually get me access to help, Ill reconsider.
