1. No support available for paid services…really?
2. Is there a way for one to create a page in a site and then add posts and links about that page’s topic only to that newly created page? That would be great.Thank you.

1) if it says no support, that’s what it means. Don’t buy the CSS upgrade if you don’t already know CSS. Staff will not help you with it; it’s like buying a car. It’s not up to the seller to find out how well you drive first.

There is still support in the forums, and we are still working in the forums and with the volunteer moderators for major issues.
If you add categories to your posts, a category page will automatically created and list all of the posts in that category. Is that what you’re looking to do?
Here’s a help page about creating categories (check out the video at the bottom).
