  I need help please. How do I get support from an actual person from WordPress? Not on the forums where I don’t get an answer. Surely there must be some way of contacting a person or department than can help me! Please and thank you.

  If you have a paid upgrade, you can use the contact form or you can have a live chat with staff. Without the upgrade, the forums is the only resource.
