It goes to posting on the forums for me.
This means that you don’t have a paid plan. You need to upgrade to a paid plan in order to use live chat support or email support.
If you are not planning to upgrade to a paid plan, please kindly create a new thread for the issue that you are facing. Volunteers and staffs are helping you there again.

Thank you! I just paid it again, so this time it went to email, instead of forum.
It was paid before but there was an error in my email asking for a refund from the company that sells divi. I sent it to WordPress by mistake and they refunded what I’d paid them and since then I can’t get hold of anyone.
I really appreciate your help.

The quickest way for you to get Staff support at this time is not to duplicate contact but to simply wait for them to respond to the modlook tag on this thread.

I bought equinecounseling.life as well as equinetherapynorthtexas.life from a different domain company. I was given advice to do that, and now I understand why, lol.
Fortunately, my accidental request to have my wordpress services “refunded” did not affect my domains.

Neither of you were wrong. It’s how it looked because of the erroneous email I sent. I was just trying to figure out how to get chat support. I sent an email a couple of days ago. I was hoping to work on the site tonight, but it looks like I need to just do something else.

Every 3 months or so Support Staff from around the globe have face to face meet-ups. That means fewer are available to deal with support issues. I think this may be why there is a backlog and delay, though I do not know this for sure. -
