  I paid $99 for my site http://www.sandymarthaler.com business plan.
  I was told to go to http://www.24x7wpsupport.com for support and paid $199 for the year for support is this the correct way to get support?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  24x7wpsupport has no affiliation with WordPress.com, nor with the open source WordPress project. They sell “WordPress support” services, but they’re a completely independent company. If you want to pay them for help with your self-hosted WordPress site, that’s your choice, but opting for a hosting plan with your hosting provider that includes WordPress support would likely be a better option.

  That service cannot help you with your WordPress.com site, as their staff has no access at all to our systems. The best place to get help with your WordPress.com site at sandymu2.wordpress.com is the contact form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact – that and these forums are the only official support for WordPress.com-hosted sites.
