  why is it so difficult to get support from WP instead of public forums? Worst support and contact set up ever

  These forums do help a lot of people. If necessary we can ask Staff for help. Just post your problem and I’m sure it will be solved.

  Going over your other topics, it seems like you have a host other than WordPress.com also. You might note that WordPress and WordPress.com are not the same. Here’s an explanation of the differences, just in case: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  These forums and support are for WordPress.com hosting. If you aren’t planning on hosting the site here, your support would be the WordPress.org forums. https://wordpress.org/support/

  Hello I can’t modify my website the url is https://wwwradiorfh.org
  when try to work on it, it says “The site encounters technical difficulties. Please check the site administrator account mailbox for instructions.”
