Support answer my membership date wrong

  I posted 2 posts in July (backdated dashboard shows) so why do you quote on theum query today that my membership dated 24 August with 6 posts and 6 pages successful?

  We have you down as joining July 19th. Where did you notice it reported incorrectly?
