Support assistant gave me wrong advice

I purchased a domain. I think autocorrect changed the spelling and I didn’t notice so I purchased the wrong domain by accident. I asked the support assistant about this. They told me to cancel for an instant refund for me to then register the right domain. It hasn’t refunded everything but it’s now put a block on me buying the domain. I went back to chat assistant and it says I need to be put through to a human. The. It told me that I can only speak to one with paid plans. So now I’m stuck.
