  As a paying customer I should have access to the support center but I keep getting a message that my account can’t be found even though I have record of payment. How do I get help from an actual person?

  Started

  I paid to create a site nov 8 2022. I have not been able use it but WordPress definitely got paid. Now that I am tryng to use it the site claims that I there is nothing under my email and that I have to create a new account. I would like an accounting of what happened to the account I paid $96 for.
