This-morning, about half an hour or so ago, I found a live chat icon on the bottom right-hand side of my screen. Never seen it before, either in Chrome (which I used to use) or Firefox (which I started using a few days ago). I conducted a brief conversation with Chance, saying I’d get back to him/her ( ? ) after testing browsers for the problem we were discussing.
The live chat has not been seen again. It’s vanished.
One of my blogging friends has expressed astonishment at the fact that I’ve only just found it.
(1) How long SHOULD I have been seeing it ?
(2) How do I get permanent access to it ?
‘Please’ to both.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Live chat for support is available only to those who have the Business bundle of upgrades.

???? How WEIRD, Titi, that it turned up, then.
Mind you, I’ll be purchasing that when my current batch of things runs out; but in the meantime … can only say how odd it all is.
Now to post the questions I have about what these two damned browsers are doing to me …

If your aren’t running one of the browsers and versions of them found at httrp://brwosehappy.com upgrade.Know that you must enable both JavaScript and third party cookies on your browser or you will not be able to access all features on the site.
