Support Chat Interface Disappears when I type a message

    I’ve today upgraded to a paid account and need some support help. On getting past the AI to Happiness Engineers it asks me to input my problem, but when I do this and hit the arrow to submit or hit return the whole browser tab white screens. If I find my way back to the same spot my message is not logged.

    I’ve tried on my mobile with similar effects so clearly this is not a browser issue.

    Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a direct email for support I can use instead?
