Support chat isn’t working. Primary Site’s Jetpack connection error

    I have the error Primary Site’s Jetpack connection wp-admin on the top right hand corner. I am unable to get to the support page, it is blank with the menu still on the side and an arrow going back.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Your eCommerce plan should allow you to contact live chat and email support. You will need to in this case since support will need backend access to your site which we don’t have on the free support forums.

    I am not able to get to the live chat. It shows a white screen in my dashboardm with an arrow back. I saw online someone had previously had this issue and was told to clearing cache, I have done this and it hasn’t helped.

    Could you let us know what operating system and browser (and versions of each) you’re using as it sounds like you might be using out-of-date software? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

    I use mac Monterey version 12.2.1, and chrome – I have made sure that chrome is up to date (110.0.5481.100). I have also tried safari but am having the same issue. Also majority of my orders are failing due to incorrect post codes (even though they are correct), so need to get it sorted ASAP. Thank you!
